Hi, I’m Monika Freese, RD.
I’m a registered dietitian with over 20 years of experience in both hospital and outpatient clinical settings. Throughout my career, I’ve supported clients of all ages and health backgrounds, using food to bring them closer to their overall health goals.
I believe that when sound nutrition knowledge is joined with an intuitive, mindful approach to eating, magic happens. My goal is to empower individuals to build a positive relationship with food and honor their body’s innate wisdom. With a compassionate and client-centered approach, I create tailored strategies to meet each person’s unique needs and foster sustainable habits that support long-term well-being.
