Hi, I’m Monika Freese, RD.

I’m a registered dietitian with more than 20 years of experience working both in the hospital and outpatient clinical settings. I’ve helped clients across age ranges and health conditions improve their lives through one of our most powerful medicines—food. 

I believe that when sound nutrition knowledge is joined with an intuitive, mindful approach to eating, magic happens. My goal is to empower individuals to build a positive relationship with food and honor their body’s innate wisdom. With a compassionate and client-centered approach, I create tailored strategies to meet each person’s unique needs and foster sustainable habits for long-term well-being.
